Research Assistant; PhD

Lisa joined the lab from Newcastle, where she completed her PhD investigating digital eye movement outcomes in neurological injury and disease. Her doctoral research focused on validating novel eye-tracking technologies for the diagnosis and monitoring of neurological conditions, with a particular emphasis on Parkinson's disease.

Lisa's broader research interests include the assessment of human movement, balance, and gait, particularly in the development and evaluation of interventions for gait impairment in Parkinson's disease. More recently, she has been exploring the digitisation of paper-based cognitive assessment tools used in the diagnosis of dementia and related disorders.
